Laparotomy for gastric and duodenal perforations, Bleeding duodenal ulcers, Obstructed hernia surgeries, Laparotomy for small bowel obstruction, Laparotomy for large bowel obstruction, Lap Right/Left, Sigmoid Colectomies, Lap Anterior Resection. 

Apendicectomy (Laparoscopic), Trendelenburg operation, Hernia Surgery (laparoscopic & Open), Incisional hernia repair, Haemorrhoidectomy & surgical proctology.

Transplant Surgeries

Liver Transplantation (Live and Cadaver Liver Transplant), Multi-Organ retrievals, Pancreas & Kidney transplants (Live and Cadaver).

• One in eight acute on call duty at “Specialist Registrar Grade”.
• Attending to general surgery, vascular surgery and urology calls.
• Carrying out emergency operating work independently.
• Reporting to consultants, and when required seeking help from them.
• Flexible sigmoidoscopy session in the rectal bleed clinic.

Elective theatre work whenever research permitting.

Wound suturing, Wound debridement, Thoracocentesis, Tube-thoracostomy, Abscess drainage, Lump excisions.

Intravenous Access, Endotracheal Intubation’s, Venous cut down, Subclavian cannulation, Nasogastric tube insertion, Foley catheterisation, Resuscitation procedures for G.I. bleeds and Massive haemoptysis, FNAC.

Trained to do “Flexible Sigmoidoscopy”independently and Oesophago-Gastro-Duodenoscopy independently.
